Vivienne Velič

PhD

I am a veterinarian and researcher currently based at Ghent University, with a strong interest in clinical and comparative oncology. I graduated from the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno and gained international experience through externships across Europe and the United States. My current research focuses on developing a novel immunotherapy targeting extracellular vimentin in feline squamous cell carcinoma, combining molecular biology, immunology, and clinical research to advance cancer treatment in both veterinary and human medicine.
